Somewhere in Colorado

Well day 2 was a bit slow going. Lots of areas where we could only drive 45 mph. But other than that a good day. We finally ended up at a county park in Boulder county. Don't know the name of the town, but I can see the Rockies (I think) out the window as I am writing this. Not too shabby.
We arrived in time for Calvin to do a little tail gate barbecuing. County parks don't have a lot of extras such as tables, grills etc so you do what you have to do. We saw some beautiful country today. Wish the pictures did it justice. If you stay out of the cities I just don't know how it could be any more beautiful. It would be tough living in the cities here if you knew what was outside city limits. We really do like the west. Now THAT is something to smile about. That and all the great people in our lives.
